Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Icon Salon for all your beauty and product needs. A receipt dated within 14 days of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. No refunds of any type will be given. You may make an exchange or receive store credit redeemable on product. 

Loyalty Points will be deducted from account from product returned. 

 

• • Products returned must be at minimum ¾ full.

• • Tags must remain on clothing & bags.

• • All jewelry, hair brushes/accessories, tools, and makeup as well as special order sales are final.
